Breast Cancer Collaborative Registry

This registry, established in 2007, enrolls adults who either have a personal diagnosis or history of breast cancer, or characteristics of hereditary breast cancer, or an increased risk of breast cancer. The registry also enrolls patient with the following diseases: Paget's disease, phyllodes tumor, atypical lobular hyperplasia, atypical ductal hyperplasia.

Central Nervous System Tumor Registry

The Central Nervous System Tumor Registry was created in 2015 and enrolls patients with benign or malignant tumors of the central nervous system.

Gastrointestinal & Abdominal Cancer Registry

The Gastrointestinal & Abdominal Cancer Registry registry was created in 2010 and enrolls patients with any type of gastrointestinal and abdominal cancers, including colorectal, stomach/gastric, anal, appendix, bile duct, esophagus, gallbladder, gastrointestinal stromal tumor, liver cancer, and peritoneal surface malignancies, as well as with Lynch Syndrome and familial adenomatous polyposis.

Great Plains Health Informatics Database

This system collects demographic information, medical and family history details, dietary and environmental exposure history, as well as blood samples on willing participants with no personal history of cancer. These data and blood samples may be used in future research studies and to develop novel strategies aimed at reducing risk of cancer and other diseases.

The Genitourinary Cancer Registry was created in 2011 and enrolls patients with any type of genitourinary cancers, including prostate, bladder, kidney, penile, testicular, and ureter or urethral cancer.

The Gynecological Cancer Registry was created in 2010 and enrolls females with any type of gynecological cancers, including cervical, fallopian tube, ovarian, uterine/endometrium, vaginal and vulvar cancer, as well as gestational trophoblastic neoplasia

Head & Neck Cancer Registry

This registry was created in 2011 and enrolls patients with any type of head and neck cancer, including laryngeal, lip and oral cavity, nasopharyngeal, oropharyngeal, paranasal sinus and nasal cavity, and salivary gland cancer.

Leukemia and Myeloid Neoplasm Registry

This registry was created in 2011 and enrolls patients with any type of leukemias or myeloid neoplasms, including acute myeloid leukemia, B-lymphoblastic leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, T-lymphoblastic leukemia and acute leukemia of ambiguous lineage, as well as with myelodysplastic syndrome, myeloproliferative neoplasm, myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative neoplasm.

Melanoma Collaborative Registry

The Melanoma Collaborative Registry was created in 2010 and enrolls patients with cutaneous melanoma, mucosal melanoma and ocular melanoma.

Non-Melanoma Skin Cancer Registry

This registry was created in 2011 and enrolls patients with any type of non-melanoma skin cancer, including adnexal carcinoma, angiosarcoma, basal cell carcinoma, cutaneous B-cell lymphoma, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, Merkel cell carcinoma, sebaceous carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma of the skin.

Neuroendocrine Tumor Registry

This registry was created in 2017 and enrolls patients with neuroendocrine tumors of the gastrointestinal tract, lung, thymus or pancreas, paraganglioma, parathyroid tumor, pheochromocytoma, or pituitary tumor, as well as with multiple endocrine neoplasia and genetic mutation positive for risk of neuroendocrine tumor.

Pancreatic Cancer Collaborative Registry

This is the oldest registry in the iCaRe2. It was established in 2003 as the result of collaboration of several leading cancer centers. It enrolls patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma and other exocrine pancreatic cancers, as well as with bile duct narrowing (stricture), chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic mass or pancreatic cyst.

Plasma Cell Dyscrasia Registry

This registry was created in 2012 and enrolls patients with plasma cell dyscrasia, including light-chain amyloidosis, monoclonal gammopathy of unknown significance, multiple myeloma/plasma cell myeloma, plasmacytoma and smoldering myeloma.

Sarcoma Collaborative Registry

The Sarcoma Collaborative Registry was created in 2012 and enrolls patients with bone cancer or soft tissue sarcoma.

The Thoracic Oncology Collaborative Registry was created in 2011 and enrolls patients with lung, thymus or esophagus cancer, as well as mesothelioma.

Thyroid Cancer and Tumor Collaborative Registry

This registry was established in 2008 and enrolls adult patients with either thyroid nodules or thyroid cancer (past or present) as well as with abnormal thyroid function (hypo- or hyperthyroidism). It is our hope that this registry and biobank will aid in future diagnosis, treatment and follow up of both thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer.
