Students enrolled in the Department of MITS are given 16 hours of leave time for personal affairs each semester. # Any request for comp time must be submitted via email to Greg, as well as the clinical site liaison, 24 hours prior to the start of the clinical shift.
# Unused time allotted is not transferrable to a successive semester.
# Requests without a 24 hour notice will be counted as a tardy.
# Comp time requests for a Monday must be submitted by Friday at 12 pm (noon) of the preceding week.
# Per comp time request a minimum of at least 4 hours is required.  A maximum of 7.5 hours of comp time can be used per day. Comp time will only be recorded in half hour increments. (i.e. 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, and 7.5).
