The faculty members of the Bioinformatics and Systems Biology Core have broadbased experience in the handling of various bioinformatics and systems biology related tasks.

These tasks include developing novel prediction methods for protein-protein and domain-domain interactions, cancer protein interaction networks, protein subcellular localization, motif recognition, phylogenetic analysis, annotation of genes, proteins, pathways and systems, analysis of nextgen sequencing data, SNP and transcriptome data from microarrays.

In the past, the core has helped researchers to share data with collaborators, maintain database of their data for easy access, developed personalized blast servers to run blasts on their experimental data or any other selected data, and provided bioinformatics consultations.
