Project PEACE
Welcome to Project PEACE (Psychiatric E-modules Advancing Clinician Education), a series of ten web-based modules to teach and support primary care providers caring for patients in their practice with behavioral health conditions.
BHECN recognizes that behavioral health care needs in Nebraska remain at a critical level, and this burden, particularly in rural areas, falls heavily on primary care providers. Project PEACE offers behavioral health and primary care providers the opportunity to obtain crucial knowledge from Nebraska behavioral health professionals about managing patients’ behavioral health concerns while earning free continuing education credits (AMA, ANCC, APA).
Project PEACE is a continuing education activity designed for primary care providers (physicians, NPs, PAs), nurses (RNs), psychologists, counselors, and social workers.
