Ciera Afrank, MSE, LMHP, CPC
Ciera Afrank, MSE, LMHP, CPC, is the Director of BHECN Northeast on campus of Wayne State College. She also is Wayne State’s Director of Counseling Services.
As BHECN Northeast Director, Ciera works to support the behavioral health workforce in the northeast region of the state. Ciera and BHECN Northeast aim to foster connection and mentorship across all levels of involvement in behavioral health, including high school and college students envisioning their futures, those evolving into the workforce from other pathways, new professionals navigating first experiences and seasoned providers expanding their skills and networks.
