Marissa Hardin PH’23
Omaha, Neb., joined the CDC Office of Policy, Performance and Evaluation as an Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health Fellow in September 2023.
Alyx Jorgensen PT’23
Griswold, Iowa, was recently named the recipient of the national Mary McMillan Scholarship award, considered the most prestigious award given to a student by the American Physical Therapy Association and placing her as one of only a few students awarded it from among ~273 physical therapy programs in the U.S.

Omaha, Neb., joined the UNMC College of Nursing in January 2023, and teaches full time leadership and population courses as well as an accelerated course.

Hemingford, Neb., received the 2023 Health Equity Champion Award from the Public Health Association of Nebraska.
Ashland, Neb., is marrying Connor Novotny on October 14, 2023, and is looking forward to a genetic counseling reunion with her classmates.
Paige Haberkon MLS’20
Kearney, Neb., joined the UNMC College of Allied Health Professions as an instructor in the Medical Laboratory Science Program in the fall of 2023. She has worked at the CHI Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney since her graduation and will continue to work there when she can.
