O'Neil is the Associate Dean for Business & Finance in the College of Allied Health Professions. She has responsibility for the conduct of all financial management, administrative, and human resources activities in the CAHP, including planning, organizing, directing, monitoring, and evaluating the administrative, human resource, and fiscal operations of the CAHP.
