Jana Evanoff, MPH, R.T.(R)(T)
Evanoff is the Clinical Education Coordinator for the Radiation Therapy program in the College of Allied Health Professions. She enjoys student instruction in the classroom and clinical settings. The use of a virtual radiation therapy suite enhances the student learning experience and is used throughout the program. Evanoff teaches introductory concepts with VERT, assists students with case presentations, and coordinates interprofessional events using the virtual suite.

Evanoff has a research interest in patient and student education, cancer prevention, treatment, and survivorship.
Her most recent research project used virtual radiation therapy to develop an informational video for patients with head and neck cancer. A previous study used VERT to prepare pediatric patients and their caregivers for radiation treatments.
