Tuition & Fees
Announcing: Tuition Incentives
The University of Nebraska Board of Regents will finalize tuition rates for this coming year at the June meeting; however, we have two exciting announcements for potential applicants to the Respiratory Care program:
- Tuition rates for non-resident students will be the equivalent of tuition rates for resident students.
- Additionally, we are offering a financial support package that results in a fifty percent reduction in tuition cost for the initial cohorts of students, for the full length of the program.
The UNMC College of Allied Health Professions is committed to making health professions education accessible by reducing financial barriers for students, so they may realize their career goals. Find out more on Financial Aid and Scholarships.
Tuition and fees are subject to change, as determined by the University of Nebraska Board of Regents.
Please read through all the information on that page, then click on College of Allied Health Professions to find your program. Please note this cost of attendance will not reflect the above announcements regarding tuition reductions. See above.
Qualifying for residency for tuition purposes at the University of Nebraska differs from what is normally required to be considered a "resident" of the State of Nebraska. A person may be considered a "resident" of Nebraska and still be Non-Resident for tuition purposes. More information regarding residency status can be found at UNMC Nebraska Residency.
Non-residents, be sure to read the announcements above regarding tuition reductions.
Housing and Living Allowances
Information about housing both on and off campus may be found at the UNMC housing website. Housing and living expenses are not included in the estimated tuition and related expenses above. See the financial aid office for details on living allowances.
Technology Requirement
All students are required to have a computing device for use in the program. Financial aid is available for students who need it. List of computers specs needed for the program. Contact the UNMC Financial Aid office to request funding for the device requirement.
