Academic Calendar
We work with our participating schools to have an academic year calendar similar to that of your high school.
In general, the UNMC High School Alliance follows the same calendar for the Omaha Public Schools.
Classes are held on the UNMC campus every Monday through Friday from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Students have a winter break in late December and a spring break in the middle of March.
Please note, if Omaha Public Schools cancel class due to snow or other weather-related incidents, the UNMC High School Alliance classes will also be canceled. If OPS calls a "remote learning" day rather than a snow day, your High School Alliance classes will also be remote.
