Mentors are pivotal in helping others achieve — and you should be recognize for your efforts.

In addition to mentoring awards given by colleges and departments, there are also several UNMC-wide awards that honor the extraordinary work being done by mentors across campus.

Inspirational Mentor of Educators
This award from Academic Affairs recognizes an individual who has mentored and sponsored junior faculty or trainees at the local, regional or national level.
Outstanding Faculty Mentor of Junior Faculty
This Faculty Senate award recognizes senior faculty mentors who have served as mentors.
Student Senate Distinguished Mentor
The Student Senate award recognizes a faculty member for exemplary support in the development of their students.
