Programs impacting your district
- Dental Hygiene’s Sealant Program offers oral health education, sealants, fluoride varnish and exams free of charge to children in second, third and sixth grades. School selection is based on student eligibility in the free/reduced lunch program.
- The South Omaha Community Care Council, in partnership with UNMC and Nebraska Medicine, meets regularly to discuss and initiate programs that will provide greater access to affordable and quality health care, education, resources and services for the South Omaha community.
