Caring for Patients with Dementia
Dementia is the most important cause of new onset and progressive disability in later life. According to the Alzheimer’s Association Nebraska Chapter, approximately 34,000 Nebraskans were living with Alzheimer’s in 2018. By 2025, it is estimated this number will increase to 40,000.
