Neuroradiology

Services

Spectroscopy – single voxel, multi-voxel 2D and 3D: These studies give a metabolic signature of the mass that is only obtainable utilizing spectroscopy

Perfusion – CT and MRI : These studies allow for analysis of the blood flow and blood volume of brain lesions.

Diffusion examinations – diffusion weighted, diffusion tensor imaging: These studies allow for analysis of apparent diffusion coefficients, mean diffusivity, fractional anisotropy, eigenvectors, and tractography.

Magnetic resonance venography (MRV)

Magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) – stroke, aneurysm detection, coiled aneurysm follow-up, arteriovenous malformation analysis, arteriovenous fistula detection (brain and spine)

Brachial plexus

Lumbar and Sacral plexus

Spine – degenerative, demyelination, inflammation, and oncological
Cervical, thoracic and lumbar

Myelography

Cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) flow studies

Head and neck - with diffusion (and perfusion as requested)

Facial/Sinus

Skull base

Temporal bone – internal auditory canal

Pituitary
