Great Plains PHLI Curriculum
The Great Plains PHLI curriculum consists of 3 onsite Intensives and monthly distance learning webinars. Additionally, scholars participate in a Mentor/Mentee relationship, two professional coaching experiences, peer coaching pairings, and a group-based project to strengthen their leadership skills outside of the formal training setting.
