Our Mission
To lead the nation in neurological patient care, education, research and outreach.
We accomplish our mission through Pillars of Excellence in:
- Provide the highest quality of compassionate, state-of-the-art neurological care to the people of Nebraska, surrounding states and nation.
- Build upon our strengths and programs in nationally recognized multidisciplinary centers of excellence for disease-based care.
- Provide premier educational programs to train the next generation of neurologists to serve Nebraska, the region and the nation.
- Promote education and outreach in neurological advances to the wider community of medical professionals, patients and the public.
- Conduct innovative clinical, translational and basic science research to advance knowledge and treatments for neurological diseases.
- Conduct regular conferences and events for patients, families and caregivers to advance awareness and knowledge on diagnosis and treatment of key neurological disorders.

We continue to grow and expand through robust clinical and research programs, connections to the growing Regional Provider Network, and even into the homes of our most fragile patients through telehealth initiatives and embedded sensor technologies. We are dedicated to saving lives, relieving suffering and reducing the terrible impact of neurological disease on our patients, families and community.
