Any services not covered by Student Health must be filed with the student’s/dependent’s insurance plan. If the student is insured through the University's endorsed student insurance plan, the student must file a claim either online (www.Macori.com) or contact the Student Development Center (559-7276) for services not covered by Student Health. Approved referrals do not constitute automatic payment by the insurance company. The insurance company will pay for Covered Expenses only.
*IF THE STUDENT DOES NOT HAVE A REFERRAL FROM STUDENT HEALTH BEFORE SERVICES ARE OBTAINED, THE TOTAL COST OF THE VISIT MAY BE THE STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY.
