  This program is working to eliminate barriers for breast cancer survivors, using trained volunteers called Lay Patient Navigators who provide peer-to-peer support.

The Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center

The Fred & Pamela Buffet Cancer Center has been a leader in the fight against cancer for more than 40 years.

Those years include our time known as the UNMC Eppley Cancer Center. As the only NCI-designated cancer center in Nebraska, we are integrating cutting-edge research into state-of-the-art care.

Our scientists collaborate with clinicians across Nebraska through UNMC's partner, Nebraska Medicine.
