The core BSBC faculty has broad-based experience in the handling of various bioinformatics and systems biology related tasks. These tasks include, but are not limited to developing novel prediction methods for protein-protein and domain-domain interactions, cancer protein interaction networks, protein subcellular localization, motif recognition, phylogenetic analysis, annotation of genes, proteins, pathways and systems, analysis of nextgen sequencing data, SNP and transcriptome data from microarrays, etc.
