Schedule of Events for Graduating Students
Friday, May 3, 2013
6:15 PM Arrive at the Holland Performing Arts Center (Graduates will enter the Backstage Door between 12th/13th & Dodge.)  
6:40 PM Lineup begins
7:00 PM Hooding Ceremony and Honors Convocation
8:00 PM Reception 
The ceremony will last approximately one hour and the reception will be immediately following. Snacks and refreshments will be provided at the reception.

Holland Performing Arts Center, 1200 Douglas St  Omaha, NE 68102.

Parking – $8.00 Parking is available in the Central Parking Garage at 5 p.m. directly behind the Holland. Entrance is located on Dodge between 12th & 13th Streets. $8.00 Parking also available on a Surface Lot, entrances located on 11th & 12th on Dodge and Capitol. This parking information is detailed in the attached map for your convenience.

Special Notes:
• Invite as many guest as you would like
• Dress nicely under your robes (no jeans or tennis shoes)
• Do not wear your Caps on stage (you may bring if you wish to have your picture taken with it)
• Please do not bring any valuables
• Leave all of your items with a guest
• Please make sure that your Cell Phone is turned off
