Tuition & Fees

Invest in your future

The cost of your education is an investment in your future as a healthcare professional.

The UNMC College of Allied Health Professions is committed to making health professions education accessible by reducing financial barriers for students, so they may realize their career goals. Find out more on Financial Aid and Scholarships.

Tuition and fees are subject to change, as determined by the University of Nebraska Board of Regents.

Medical Nutrition Scholarships

Two scholarships will be awarded to incoming students each year from the Sandy Stork and Barbara Robertson Medical Nutrition Scholarship Fund. One scholarship will be awarded to a Nebraska resident and one will be awarded to a non-resident. Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated financial need.

Health Insurance

Medical Nutrition Program students must have health insurance throughout their enrollment in the program. This requirement can be met by purchasing a University-endorsed plan, or the student can provide evidence of comparable coverage through spouse’s, employer’s, parent’s, or personal plan, in which case the fee is waived.

Housing and Living Allowances

Information about housing both on and off campus may be found at the UNMC housing website. Housing and living expenses are not included in the estimated tuition and related expenses above. See the financial aid office for details on living allowances.

Technology Requirement

All students are required to have a computing device for use in the program. Financial aid is available for students who need it. Refer to this list of computers specs needed for the program. Contact the UNMC Financial Aid office to request funding for the device requirement.
